HR FORUM

It is an annual conference aimed at human resource managers and their managers, which aims to increase the value of Mongolian people not only in Mongolia, but also at the global level, and to stimulate the exchange, learning, and introduction of management methods, working skills, new ideas and experiences among organizations. This forum has been organized every year with different features and slogans.

HR DAY

According to the initiative and request of INHR, by Resolution No. 217 of the Government of Mongolia dated April 18, 2016, "Human Resource Employee's Day" was set to be October 15 every year. Since 2017, the event has been organized in two parts, and it has traditionally been attended by human resource officers, directors, and executives from more than 700 government and business organizations.
